I will add though that due to the commoditization of software engineers by services companies and fake resumes, most people in a business role do not respect the software engineer. They consider it to be a menial labor fit for entry level professionals and do not understand the concept of a hardcore engineer. I would strongly encourage software engineers to look for R&#38;D companies such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe, HP and such instead of services companies. Join a company that values an engineering and research culture. You will then be valued in return.</description>
